Power splitters operate to 7 GHz

The IPS2480 and IPS2481 three-way resistive power splitters are designed with a planar architecture to suit RF/microwave applications.

Designed for microstrip or wirebond implementation in continuous 50-Ω environments, the splitters have 9.5-dB evenly split attenuation, operate from dc to 7 GHz (±0.7-dB amplitude flatness), and a maximum VSWR of 1.3:1. (Contact Russell Huot for pricing and availability.)
