Efficient dc motors come in 50/65-mm size
The RE 50 and RE 65 industrial type brushed dc motors output 200 and 250 W and have commutation side protection with a sealed aluminum housing. Cable outputs are sealed with PG fittings, and the shaft is secured with a seal to guarantee IP54 rating on the flange side.
The motors have diameters of 50 and 65 mm, and are available with various winding options. They achieve nominal torque of up to 0.9 Nm, nominal speeds of up to 5,500 rpm, and an efficiency level of over 90%. ($275 ea/20 — available now.)
