The LT6015 single Over-the-Top operational amplifier features ±80 μV offset voltage max. at 25°C over a 0 to 76 V input common-mode voltage range. It has reverse battery protection to 50 V, a gain bandwidth product of 3.2 MHz, input bias current of 5 nA, and voltage gain of 1,000 V/mV.
The 5-lead SOT-23 packaged amp is specified on 5 V and ±15 V supplies and has CMRR and PSRR of 126 dB. The amp draws only 315 μA. Operating temperature range is up to -55°C to 150°C and price starts at $1.53 ea/1,000. The high temperature version is only $3.58 ea/500.
