Precision voltage references are rad hard

The ISL71090SEH12 and ISL71090SEH25 precision voltage references feature initial voltage accuracy of +/-0.05%, and accuracy of +/-0.15% over the entire -55° to 125°C military temperature range. The 1.25 and 2.5 V devices are also radiation hardened, providing single event latch-up (SEL) immunity.

The ICs yield a temperature coefficient of 10 ppm/°C and an output noise of only 1 µVp-p for 1.25 Vout and 2 µVp-p for 2.5 Vout. Supply current is 1.28 ma max. The devices come in an 8 lead flatpack package and prototype prices start at $126.
