Processor family has ARM926 core

The SPEAr300, SPEAr310, SPEAr320, and dual-core SPEAr600 microprocessors are based on an ARM926EJ-S 32-bit core. The processors feature USB 2.0; 10/100 or Gbit Ethernet; I2 C, IrDA, I2 S, UART, and SPI ports; plus DDR2 and flash memory controllers.

Versions of the IC have 8 to 57 Kbytes of RAM, 32 Kbytes of ROM, a camera interface, an LCD controller, touchscreen support, a 9 x 9 keyboard controller, and glueless management of up to eight SLICs/codecs. They have an eight-channel DMA controller and come in LFBGA289 or PBGA420 packages. (From $7 ea/mass-production qty — available now.)
