Programmable oscillators offers best jitter phase performance
The IQXP-20 programmable clock oscillator and the IQXP-30 programmable voltage controlled oscillator offer rms phase jitter down to 0.4 ps across all output types. Housed in a 5.0 x 3.2 mm hermetically sealed ceramic package only 1.2 mm high, both offer lead-times as short as 3 days.
A very wide frequency range from 10.0 MHz up to 1.5 GHz is available from along with HCMOS output capable of driving 15 pF; LVPECL and LVDS outputs are also available at the higher frequencies. Frequency stabilities down to ±10 ppm and operating temperature ranges out to –40° to 85°C are available along with the option to specify all inclusive stabilities including temperature range, supply variations, load variations and 15 years ageing at 25°C.
Customers can choose from 2.5 or 3.3 V supply for both models. The IQXP-30 VCXOs are available with a total pull range of ±50 ppm minimum and a control voltage nominal of 1.65V.(Contact company for pricng and availability)
