Programmers support Altera JAM files
SMS Sprint universal device programmers have been adapted to use JAM
files, in addition to other industry-standard file formats. JAM files contain
both the programming algorithm and the programming data.
Sprint programmers connect to a PC host via the parallel port. Among
the socket adapters available, the TOP432 allows four 32-pin DIPs to be
programmed in gang or set mode. The TOP84 handles PLCC packages up to 84
