Part of the company’s RailClamp family, the RClamp1502B and RClamp2402B protection devices feature an ultra-low capacitance of 0.6 pF to protect high-speed data lines without signal attenuation. The RClamp1502B protects two 15-V lines and the RClamp2402B protects two 24-V lines.
RoHS- and WEEE-compliant, the 1.6 x 1.6 x 0.75-mm devices provide ESD protection to the IEC 61000-4-2 (+15kV air, +8kV contact) standard, as well as EFT protection to the IEC 61000-4-4 40A (5/50ns) standard. Targeted for interfaces operating up to 1 GHz, both versions can be configured to protect two unidirectional lines or one bidirectional line.
