Offered in a 3.8 x 1.9-mm footprint, the Transil SMM4F unidirectional surge-suppression diodes protect against 400W 10/1000-µs surges and deliver a low leakage current of 0.2 µA (1 µA at 85°C) to ensures low-loss performance in battery-operated devices or other low-power applications. The SMM4F line includes 14 devices providing standoff voltages between 5 and 33 V.
The surge-suppression devices feature a 175°C max junction temperature. Maximum clamping voltage and peak-power current are specified for surges of 8/20 µs and 10/1,000 µs. ($0.10 ea/10,000 pieces — available now.)
