PSoC Creator 2.0 design environment for the PSoC 3 and PSoC 5 programmable system-on-chip IC families adds 11 new, pre-configured peripheral components and now interoperates with the Keil µVision 4 integrated development environment. Also, new timing-driven routing enables designers to increase clock speed on many designs by 20% or more.
The design environment now offers S/PDIF for digital audio, Serial GPIO for HDDs, a fan controller, a voltage sequencer, and an external memory interface. PSoC Creator now includes more than 80 analog and digital components. (No charge — general release Q4.)
