The SG73P (pulse) and SG73S (surge) series 0402-size thick-film chip resistors have an improved power rating (0.125 W), twice that of the company’s standard RK73 0402-size resistor. They feature enhanced ESD protection, providing stable, reliable performance in demanding pulse/surge applications such as power supplies, telecommunications, motor controls, and circuit protection devices.
The devices are said to offer excellent performance in pulse and/or surge handling, with a resistance range between 1 Ω and 10 MΩ. TCR is ±100 ppm/K, with tolerances of ±0.5%, ±1%, ±2%, and ±5%.
