Targeting CATV infrastructure applications, the MAAM-009455 GaAs broadband push-pull CATV amplifier features 8.0-Vdc operating voltage and 20.5-dB gain, with broadband linear performance. Housed in a 20-Lead PQFN package, the device is an ideal interstage or output amplifier.

The part exhibits a gain flatness of 0.5 dB typ over the 50 to 1,000-MHz operating band. Input return loss has been optimized to achieve better than 20 dB across the band. This amplifier exceeds DOCSIS 3.0 DRFI specifications. (Contact company for pricing — prod qty, samples available now.)
