Based on multicore processors, the 6.6-GHz PXIe-5663 RF vector signal analyzer and PXIe-5673 RF vector signal generator are said to provide RF measurements up to 10 times faster than traditional instrumentation. Software-defined modular instruments, or virtual instruments, they can flexibly test a broad range of wireless devices and protocols.

Also, available is the PXIe-1075 18-slot high-bandwidth chassis with PCI Express lanes routed to every slot, providing up to 1-Gbyte/s-per-slot bandwidth and 4-Gbyte/s system bandwidth. The 5663 analyzer covers 10 MHz to 6.6 GHz with up to 50 MHz of instantaneous bandwidth, while the 5673 generator delivers signals from 85 MHz to 6.6 GHz with up to 100 MHz of instantaneous bandwidth.
