QFN socket fits 0.4-mm-pitch ICs

The DG-QFN40C-01 QFN socket accommodates 0.4-mm-pitch 40-pin QFN ICs. The socket is designed for a 5-x-5-mm package size and operates at bandwidths up to 40 GHz with less than 1-dB insertion loss.

The socket dissipates up to several watts without extra heat sinking and can handle up to 100 W with custom heat sinks. Contact resistance is typically 3 mΩ per pin, and operating temperature range is -70° to 200°C. ($792—available now.)
