QFP socket takes
20 x 20-mm devices
The latest addition to the company's line of quad flatpack (QFP) sockets acccommodates QFPs having a 20 x 20-mm body. Designed for high-density and burn-in, the 112-pin, 0.65-mm pitch socket has an inner lid design that uniformly distributes mating force along all four sides of the package. Socket material is glass-filled polyethersulfone. Contacts are beryllium copper with gold-over-nickel plating. The operating temperature range is -55 degrees to +170 degreesC. Contact resistance is 30 milliohms. ($73.84 ea/small qty–stock to 3 weeks.)
