Quad 12/10/8-bit DACs have 10-ppm/°C ref

The LTC2634 quad 12-, 10-, and 8-bit rail-to-rail D/A converters integrate a 10-ppm/°C precision reference in 3 x 3-mm QFN and MSOP packages. The parts offer 12-bit performance of ±2.5-LSB max INL error and less than 2.4-nVs crosstalk.

Operating from a single 2.7 to 5.5-V supply, supply current is 125 μA per DAC. In addition to selecting one of three resolution options, designers can choose between a 2.5 or 4.096-V full-scale range. All options are guaranteed over the automotive, industrial, and commercial temperature ranges. (8-bit options, from $2.03 ea/1,000 — available now.)
