The NX3DV2567 is a four-pole double-throw analog switch (4PDT) IC for switching supply, data, and control signals. It has a single select input with Schmitt trigger action and comes in a thin SOT1039-1 or SOT1161-1 package.
One of the four switches is for the supply and it’s Ron is 0.5 Ω (typical) at 1.8 V Vcc or 0.45 Ω at 2.7 V Vcc. The three data path switches have Ron of 7 Ω or 6 Ω. The data path has a 3db bandwidth of more than 160 MHz. The switches are break-before-make, have ESD protection to HBD 4,000 V, and are specified from -40° to 125°C (optional). $0.49 ea/1,000.
