The SKY77531 quad-band FEM (front-end-module) supports cellular handsets offering GSM850/900, DCS1800/PCS1900, and Class 12 GPRS multislot operation. The 6 x 8 x 1.2-mm device integrates PA control circuitry that contains a quad-band GaAs HBT PA, a 1P6T PHEMT switch, and an integrated CMOS-based controller to manage the PA and switch.
The part also offers a complete transceiver or SoC output-to-antenna and antenna-to-receive SAW filter solution. Operating voltage is from 2.9 to 4.8 V, and Tx harmonics are below –33 dBm. (E-mail sales for price information—available now.)
