Quad low power A/D converter runs at 160 Ms/s

The ADC34J45 14-bit, 4-channel, 160 Ms/s A/D converter takes only 203 mW/channel at 160 Ms/s and has a SNR of 70 DBFS minimum at 70 MHz. Standby power is 185 mW total. The IC is part of a family of nine devices with serial JESD204B or an LVDS interfaces, 2- or 4-channels, and 12– or 14-bit resolution.

The chips total harmonic distortion is 76.5 DBc and effective number of bits is 11.3 minimum at 70 MHz over the –40° to 85°C operating range. Noise spectral density is –149.5 dBFS/Hz. It uses a single 1.8-V supply, and comes in VQFN48 7.00 × 7.00 mm package. $120.75 ea/1,000. Other versions as low as $23.95.
