Quad-output power SoC suits datacom apps

The AS1454 quad-output digital power SoC suits isolated dc/dc designs used in a wide range of industrial, datacom, automotive, medical, residential gateway, display, and other distributed-power applications. It is built around the patented GreenEdge digital isolation technology that eliminates the need for low-speed optocouplers and integrates the functionality of up to eight separate ICs.

The digital power SoC has built-in cross-isolation dc/dc timing management and digital power control that delivers 92% dc/dc efficiency. It features a 9 to 72-V input range, an isolated primary converter, a 2-kV isolation barrier, a high-current-capable buck or boost PWM controller, and two 2-A buck regulators in a single device.
