The NRSNS series of quad thick film resistor arrays are automotive-grade and AEC-Q200-qualified for use in harsh environment applications. The 0402 and 0603 arrays have a low 0.6-mm package height.
The NRSNS series operating temperature range is -55° to 125°C, with power derating from 75°C. Voltage and power ratings are 25 V, 1/10 W and 50 V, 1/16 W per element, and resistance range is 10 Ω to 1 MΩ, with ±1% or ±5% tolerances. TCR is ±200 or ±300 ppm/°C. A zero-ohm jumper is available.
