The MC4 quad surface mount resistor is rated for 2.5 Kv and 0.75 W per resistor with a tolerance of 5, 10, or 20%. Values range from 200 Ω to 5,000 MΩ with a TCR of 50 or 100 ppm.
All four resistors have the same value. An example part number MC4-5003JE 500 KΩ 5% device costs $2.66 ea/1,000 and is RoHS compliant. Custom configurations are available with any value for each resistor and/or strapping between terminals.
