QVGA AMOLED display has over-30,000-hr life

The 2.8-in. OSD0283AMQV-T active-matrix OLED color display has a rated lifetime of over 30,000 hr. With a 43.2 x 57.6-mm active area, the 49.1 x 67.7 x 1.85-mm QVGA module is highly configurable, supporting such interfaces as 18-, 16-, and 6-bit RGB (DCLK, VSYNC, HSYNC, DE) and Intel/Motorola MPU 18-, 16-, 9-, and 8-bit bus interfaces.

The display has higher typical luminance (200 cd/m2 ), better contrast ratio (10,000:1), and lower power consumption than comparable passive-matrix OLEDs. The display’s under-50-μs response time, coupled with 60-Hz frame rates, gives flicker-free images over its full Top range. ($22.50 ea/1,000 — available now.)
