The BOP (bipolar operational amplifier) series 6-125MG 1-kW programmable power supply lets users source or sink up to 125 A using a single 3U rackmount unit, and do so with accuracy and readback in current mode of 200 ppm. The series is designed for such applications as solar-cell and battery test and characterization.
The unit operates in current-mode / voltage-limit and voltage-mode / current-limit modes. Up to five units may be connected in parallel to source/sink up to 625 A at 0 to 6 V, or up to three units can be put in series to provide 0 to 18 V at up to 125 A. ($6,895 — stock to 6 weeks ARO.)
