Rail-to-rail I/O op amp offers high output drive

With a 10-MHz 10-V/µs rail-to-rail I/O performance, the AS1713 op amp is presented as ideal for audio applications such as headphone drivers and audio line receivers and buffers. The part operates from 2.7 to 5.5 V and can swing to within 100 mV from the rails while sinking or sourcing 50 mA of output current.

Features include a peak output current of greater than 200 mA, a supply current of 1.6 mA, a shutdown current of 1 nA, and a fixed differential voltage gain of 1. The part is available in a MLPD-8 package and operates over –40° to 85°C. ($0.36 ea/1,000 — available now.)
