Rail-to-rail SiGe op amps offer unmatched speed-power efficiency

The LTC6252/3/4 and LTC6255/6/7 single/dual/quad rail-to-rail SiGe operational amplifiers achieve 720-MHz GBW and 280-V/µs slew rate while consuming 3.3 mA supply current and 6.5 MHz GBW and 1.8 V/µs slew rate, at a 65-µA supply current, respectively. Operating from 2.5 to 5.25 V, the LTC6252/3/4 feature an input-referred broadband noise of 2.75 nV/√Hz, and an input offset voltage of 350 µV max at room temperature, and 1 mV max from –40° to 125°C.

Operating from 1.8 to 5.25 V, the LTC6255/6/7 offers a maximum input offset voltage of 350 µV at 25°C and 700 µV from –40° to 125°C. It is unity gain stable and can drive capacitive loads of up to 100 nF.
