The RSI 300 series dc/ac inverter is a railway-quality device that generates a 300-VA pure sine-wave output voltage. It meets all relevant railway standards including EN 50155, EN50121-3-2 for conducted and radiated EMI, EN 55022 Class B, and EN 61000 for immunity.
The inverter features a microprocessor-controlled high-frequency PWM design that delivers 115-Vac continuously at 60 or 400 Hz, or 230-Vac continuously at 50 Hz. It is regulated to a maximum of ±2% from no load to full load. The inverter accepts supply voltages of 24 Vdc (14.4 to 34 V), 36 Vdc (22 to 51 V), 48 Vdc (28 to 67 V), 72 Vdc (43 to 101 V), 96 Vdc (58 to 135 V), or 110 Vdc (66 to 154 V). An optional output Fail Alarm (Form C) is also available on this design. It operates from –25° to 50°C cold-plate temperature range without derating. ($390 ea/100 — available now.)
