RCTN LCDs provide high
contrast and wide viewing angle
Suited for industrial and avionics applications, these Reverse Contrast
Twisted Nematic (RCTN) LCDs implement a compensation film to achieve a
contrast ratio of 50:1 in the preferred viewing direction at a 70°
viewing angle.
The displays require a 5 to 7-V drive voltage and operate without a
heater in temperatures ranging from –35° to +85°C. (Custom
