Rectifier delivers high voltages in low profile
The Model SBR10U200P5 high-voltage super barrier rectifier can improve compact power supply functionality and performance in notebook power adapters, universal chargers, and similar products. Available in a thermally efficient patent-pending 1.1-mm PowerDI5 package, the device is claimed to deliver twice the power density of Schottky diode Dpak solutions.
The rectifier offers a low-forward volt drop of 0.7 V at 10 A rated current at a junction temperature of 125°C and a maximum rated junction temperature of 175°C. The rectifier also allows the removal of snubber circuits from power supply outputs. ($0.64 ea/10,000 — 4 to 6 weeks ARO.)
