Rectifiers exhibit 10-A forward current

JEDEC registered silicon recovery rectifiers 1N7066, 1N7067, and 1N7068 (trr = 30 ns max.) exhibit an average forward current of 10 A, a surge current of 300 A max., and a range of 50 to 150 V. They are hermetically sealed and characterized by a low forward voltage drop and solid silver leads for high-efficiency applications.

The rectifiers are available in both axial and surface mount square tab (SMS) packages, and can serve as high current replacements for devices such as 1N5807 and 1N5811 and may also replace larger stud mount devices like the 1N5812. Available TX, TXV, and S-Level screening are based on MIL-PRF-19500 guidelines. ($50 – available now.)
