Rectifiers offer ESD protection to 25 kV

Suited for automotive/industrial control and sensor units, and lighting systems, the MSE1Px series of surface-mount rectifiers feature ESD protection to 25 kV. Offered in an eSMP series 2.5 x 1.3 x 0.65 (H)-mm MicroSMP package, the rectifiers offer reverse-voltage ratings of 100-V (MSE1PB), 200-V (MSE1PD), 400-V (MSE1PG), and 600-V (MSE1PJ).

The series also features a forward current to 1 A, forward surge to 20 A, with maximum junction temperature of 175°C and a MSL moisture sensitivity level of 1. ($0.03 ea/10,000 — available now.)
