Suited for applications that require intricate die cutting, the Sarcon GR-HF gap filler pads are manufactured with a hardened top surface and reinforced nylon mesh layer, offering less tacky surface treatments and added reinforcement that reduces tearing, elongation, and damage during complex assembly.

Depending on formulation, the pads can exhibit a thermal conductivity up to 2.8 W/m°K and thermal resistance as low as 0.67°Cin2 /W. The flame-retardant pads are available in sheets up to 200 x 300 mm with thicknesses from 1.0 to 5.0 mm. (Contact company for pricing and availability.)
