The SMNH resistor network combines four independent Bulk Metal Foil resistors in a single surface-mount ceramic gull-wing package. The hermetically sealed resistors provide a load-life stability of 0.005% (0.1 W per resistor) for 1,000 hours at 70°C, load-life stability ratio of 0.005% (50 ppm); shelf-life stability of 0.0002% (2 ppm), and shelf-life ratio of 0.0001% (1 ppm) for at least six years.
Resistance is 5 Ω to 33 kΩ, with ratios from 1:1 to 100:1. The network has a ±2 ppm/°C absolute TCR from -55° to 125°C, 25°C ref., ±0.5 ppm/°C TCR tracking and a tolerance match down to ±0.005% (50 ppm). Thermal stabilization time is less than 1 s, rise time is 1.0 ns with effectively no ringing.
