Resistor networks come in BGA packages

The CHC-Precision Series precision resistor networks are offered in BGA packages to eliminate the parasitic effects due to wraparound terminations. Available in 8- and 16-pad packages, the resistor networks come in resistances from 10 Ω to 100 kΩ, and have a maximum working voltage of 50 V, absolute tolerances to ±0.1%, and absolute TCRs to ±25 ppm/°C.

Operating temperature range is 55° to 150°C. ($1 ea/10,000—stock to 10 weeks ARO.)
