Resistor networks
terminate SRAMs
Integrating from 4 to 23 resistors, the BB1110B Series and BB2110D1 Series networks terminate Class I and Class II SRAM systems. The devices offer resistances from 10 W to 1 MW with maximum tolerances of 1.0% and TCRs up to 200 ppm/°C.
A BGA connection minimizes electrical parasitics, and placement of the resistors and BGA terminations on the same side of the substrate provides mimimal stray capacitance and inductance. Operating temperature range is 0° to 70°C. ($0.40 ea/prod qty�5 weeks ARO.)
