The W and WS series of ceramic core axial wirewound resistors operate at temperatures from -55° to 200°C and are coated in a material that meets the UL 94V-0 safety standard. The W series has a 1 to 10 W power range, with resistance values ranging from 15 to 150 ohms.
The WS series is a high surge withstand part and has a power range of 1 to 8 W and a resistance range of 15 ohms to 3.3 K ohms. It has been designed to withstand surge from the 1.2/50 µs voltage waveform described in IEC 61000-4-5.
