RF amplifier MMICs optimize 3G/4G base stations
Five building-block Freescale Semiconductor RF amplifiers that enhance performance in 3G/4G wireless communications systems are available that target macrocell down to picocell and femtocell base station transmitter and receiver designs, tower mount amplifiers, remote radio heads, and RF repeaters. The Freescale Semiconductor MMIC products can be used in BWA, CDMA, GSM, TD-SCDMA, UMTS, W-CDMA, and LTE networks.
The five MMICs are the MMA20312BV, high-efficiency, high-linearity 1-Watt Power Amplifier (Class AB, 2-stage); MML09211H, 400 to 1,400 MHz low-noise amplifier (LNA); MML20211H, 1,400 to 2,800-MHz LNA; MMG15241H, 500 to 2,800-MHz general-purpose Amplifier (GPA); and MMG20271H, 1,500 to 2,700-MHz GPA.
