The 1 W-TQP7M9103 and 2-W TQP7M9104 RF amplifiers integrate protection features that can guard against ESD and dc over-voltage electrical spikes. The parts also integrate RF over-drive protection to reduce the chance of damage from high signal levels often seen in systems employing digital pre-distortion linearization techniques commonly utilized in 3G/4G BTS network transceivers.
The TQP7M9103 operates from 400 to 4,000-MHz and offer a 45-dBm OIP3, a 16.6-dB gain, and 29.1-dBm P1dB at 2.1 GHz. Housed in a SOT-89 package the part consumes 235 mA at 5 V.
The TQP7M9104 operates over 700 to 4,000 MHz and features 49.5 dBm OIP3, a gain of 15.8 dB, and 32.8 dBm P1dB at 2.1 GHz. Current consumption is 427 mA at 5 V.
