RF chip suits in-body communication apps

Suited for in-body communication systems, the ZL70101 RF transceiver with MAC delivers data rates up to 800 kbits/s. The part operates from 402 to 405 MHz (10 MICS channels) and from 433 to 434 MHz (2 ISM channels).

Additional features include a unique wake-up circuitry which allows it to operate at 250 nA in sleep mode. When in full operation, the ZL70101 typically consumes 5 mA of supply current.
