RF ICs come in tiny SOT-363s

The TB series offers SOT-363 packaging for a number of RF ICs including
3- and 5-V silicon amplifiers and frequency converters, and GaAs FET
SPDT switches.

The devices offer the same pinouts and performance as the company's
T Series. (Amplifiers, from $0.45 ea/100,000; GaAs switches, $0.49 ea/100,000;
3-V up- and downconverters, from $0.71 ea/100,000–available now.)
