RF inductors feature multilayer organic design

The HLC02 series of 0402 size SMT RF inductors features a multilayer organic design with high current, high Q, and high self-resonance. They fit RF power amplifiers, filter networks, and MRI system applications and offer 0.8 to 32 nH values.

The 0.35 mm thick inductors, have Qs at 900 MHz ranging from 42 to 27. For the 0.8 nH device maximum current is 875 ma, while at 32 nH it is 175 ma. Values below 5.6 nH are available with tolerances of ±0.1, ±0.2, or ±0.5 nH, above that value tolerances are 2, 3, or 5%. ($0.136 to $0.223 ea/5,000 – available now.)
