Beginning in January 2008, EDA software developer Ansoft (Pittsburgh, PA) hosts a number of technical sessions on EMI Control and Antenna/RF Design. Sessions are Jan. 16 at the Colorado Springs Marriott; Jan. 18 at Omni Interlocken Resort in Broomfield, CO; Feb. 5 at the Tempe Mission Palms in Tempe, AZ; Feb. 22 at The Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City, UT; and the Marriott Tucson University Park Hotel in Tucson, AZ.

Morning sessions will cover topics such as the fundamentals of EMI and PCB Radiated Emissions Linked with Enclosures. Afternoon sessions include Complex Antenna System Design; Designing Electronic Systems and Vehicles to Survive Lightning and EMP Effects; and Left-Handed Metamaterials for Microwave Engineering Applications
