Designed for low-cost RF power monitoring in general lab use, the CPDETLS-4000 RF power detector features a frequency range of 10 MHz to 4 GHz. It is basically a zero-bias Schottky diode intended for use as a large-signal power detector (greater than 10 dBm).
Input signal is rated at 30 dBm maximum, and video capacitance of the detector is 100 pF. The device has an operating temperature range of –20° to 70°C and a storage temperature range of –40° to 85°C.(Contact company for pricing and availability)
