The uPG2430T6Z SP3T switch is ideal for single- or dual-band 802.11a,b,g,n Wi-Fi / WLAN + Bluetooth, cordless phones, 5.8-GHz electronic toll collection, mobile communication, and general short-range communications applications up to 6 GHz using control voltages of 1.6 to 3.6 V. Features include a wide frequency range from 0.5 to 6.0 GHz, a control voltage of 1.6 to 3.6 V, and an insertion loss of 0.55 dB at 2.5 GHz and 0.65 dB at 6.0 GHz.
In addition, isolation is 28 dB at 2.5 GHz and 25 dB at 6 GHz while power handling (Pin(0.1 dB) ) is 28 dB typical at 3 V. The part measures 1.5 x 1.5 x 0.37 mm. ($0.40 ea/100,000 — available now.)
