RF subsystem suits femtocell base stations

The GSM/EDGE femtocell base station RF subsystem, consisting of the SKY74219-21 transceiver and the SKY65330 transmit/receive FEM, supports femtocell base station and cellular repeaters in GSM850, EGSM900, DCS1800, and PCS1900 frequency bands.

The SKY74219-21 transceiver integrates four LNAs, a quadrature demodulator, I/Q interface, and baseband filters. The SKY65330 integrates two PA blocks, one for the GSM/EGSM bands and the other for the DCS/PCS bands. ($15 ea/10,000 — available now.)
