RF switch is suited for wide range of apps

Housed in an industry-standard SOT-363/SC-70 equivalent TB package, the UPG2156TB SPDT GaAs RFIC switch requires only a single control line to switch RF power between ports. The switch features high power-handling capability with low harmonic distortion (2f0/3f0 harmonics −75/−75 dBc at 35 dBm PIN and 1.0 GHz), plus it operates from 0.8 to 2.5 GHz, so it’s ideal for GSM and short-range wireless applications.

Typical specifications at 2.6 V include a PIN (0.1 dB) of 37 dBm and an insertion loss of 0.40 dB typ at 1.0 GHz and 0.45 dB typ at 2.0 GHz. (Call company for pricing available now.)
