RF switch supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth apps

Operating over 0.5 to 3.0 GHz, the uPG2413T6M and the uPG2413T6Z RF antenna switches offer an insertion loss of 0.35 dB at 1 GHz and 0.50 dB at 2.5 GHz. These SP3T switches can support Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices, even in the same module. The are also applicable in ZigBee/802.15.4 products.

Additional features include a control voltage from 2.3 to 3.6 V, and an input power of 28 dBm at 0.1 dB and of 31 dBm at 1 dB. Isolation is 26 dB at 1 GHz and 18 dB at 2.5 GHz. The ‘TCM is housed in a 12-pin 2.0 x 2.0 x 0.4-mm package, and the ‘T6Z in an 8-pin 1.5 x 1.5 x 0.4-mm package. (Ea/100,000: ‘T6M $0.49, T6Z $0.39 — available now.)
