RF synthesizer includes VCO and loop filter

Housed in a 4 x 4-mm MLPQ16 package, the SX1781 RF synthesizer with built-in PLL circuits, includes a VCO and loop filter. The device can generate a frequency output range of 1.2 to 1.4 GHz with a 250-kHz step.

Features include a phase noise of −85 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset, a programmable output power of up to 5 dBm, an operating voltage from 3.0 to 3.6 V, an SPI-bus interface, and lock-detect output with squelch. ($4.50 ea/1,000 — available now.)
