Part of the Accu-P series, an RF thin-film tight-tolerance capacitor is presented as the smallest on the market. The subminiature 01005-size chip features low capacitance values of 0.05 to 2.4 pF and ultra-tight capacitance tolerances (±0.01 pF). It also features low ESR and high Q at VHF, UHF, and microwave frequencies.

Features include high purity electrodes for very low, repeatable ESR; highly pure, low-K dielectric for high breakdown voltage; high insulation resistance; low losses at frequencies to 40 GHz; very tight dimensional control for repeatable RF performance; and tight capacitance tolerances for small-signal and high-frequency signal applications.
