The NT Series RF transceiver module simplifies the transmission and receipt of digital data in the 902 to 928-MHz band. Its True Transparency Interface allows users to create a wireless wire for use with nonstandard data rates, custom protocols, or such encodings as PWM and Manchester. The module features sensitivity up to –113 dBm, and low power consumption of 19.2 mA in receive mode and 165.2 mA in transmit mode at 0 dBm.

The module is hardware configurable. While programming is not required, the series allows for communication and MCU programming over a UART connection, for implanting frequency agility schemes. The transceiver is available as part of a master development system that includes two development boards for benchmarking and prototyping. The system also includes antennas, a daughter board with a USB interface, demonstration software, extra modules, and connectors. (Contact company for pricing and availability.)
